1 Day Estate Sale | $3,000 + 20% of proceeds over $3,000
Includes:
Preparation of Sale (after items to keep have been clearly identified)
Removal of unsellable items (perishables, beauty products, etc.)
Categorization, pricing, and set up of an efficient sale
Marketing of the sale (social media posts, signage, and local outreach)
Pricing of all items
Sale Execution
Handling all transactions, negotiations, and on-site staffing
Post-Estate Sale
Coordinate with local charities and nonprofits to donate unsold items.
Responsible disposal or rehoming of any remaining unsold items
2 Day Estate Sale | $3,500 + 20% of proceeds over $3,500
