Service Packages

1 Day Estate Sale | $3,000 + 20% of proceeds over $3,000

Includes: 

  • Preparation of Sale (after items to keep have been clearly identified)

    • Removal of unsellable items (perishables, beauty products, etc.)

    • Categorization, pricing, and set up of an efficient sale

    • Marketing of the sale (social media posts, signage, and local outreach)

    • Pricing of all items

  • Sale Execution

    • Handling all transactions, negotiations, and on-site staffing

  • Post-Estate Sale

    • Coordinate with local charities and nonprofits to donate unsold items.

    • Responsible disposal or rehoming of any remaining unsold items

2 Day Estate Sale | $3,500 + 20% of proceeds over $3,500

Includes: 

  • All services in the 1-Day Package

  • A second consecutive day of sales

Add-On Services

  • Sorting Items to Keep: Assistance with initial sorting of items for family and friends to keep. | Pricing varies.

  • Extended Sale Hours |$175/hour 

  • Online Sales: Online listing and management of big-ticket items. | Pricing varies.
