We will navigate every step of the process from sorting through every item to prep for an efficient sale to responsibly distributing remaining items to local charities.

  • Donation-First Mindset: Unsold items are responsibly rehomed through partnerships with local charities, nonprofits, and community organizations, reducing waste and supporting those in need.

Service Packages

2 Day Estate Sale | $1,800 + 60% of proceeds

Includes: 

  • Preparation of Sale (after items to keep have been clearly identified)

    • Removal of unsellable items (perishables, beauty products, etc.)

    • Categorization, pricing, and set up of an efficient sale

    • Marketing of the sale (social media posts, signage, and local outreach)

    • Pricing of all items

  • Sale Execution (Friday & Saturday, 9AM - 2PM)

    • Handling all transactions, negotiations, and on-site staffing

    • Online listing and management of big-ticket items

3 Day Estate Sale | $2,400 + 60% of proceeds

Includes: 

  • All services in the 2-Day Package

  • Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (9AM - 2PM) sale days

D-Day (Dump & Donation) | $1,800 flat fee

After your estate sale, you don’t need to lift a finger. We’ll take care of every last detail so there’s not a paperclip left in your home.

Our White-Glove Service Includes:

  • Thoughtful sorting & salvaging: We carefully review every remaining item, prioritizing donations and ensuring only what truly cannot be rehomed is sent to disposal.

  • Community partnerships: We coordinate donation pick-ups and drop-offs with local organizations such as Expressions of Hope, NEWS, Habitat for Humanity, Buy Nothing Napa, Community Projects, Goodwill, Bookmine, Napa County Library, Mentis, and more. Your items find new life in the community, bringing value long after your sale.

  • Responsible disposal: When donation isn’t possible, we arrange and oversee professional disposal through trusted partners, including The Bridge Napa, supporting addiction recovery, so you can feel confident your items are handled responsibly while supporting a local cause.

  • Personal delivery: For items donation centers can’t pick up, our team personally boxes, transports, and delivers them to local partners — making as many trips as it takes.

Our seamless, start-to-finish process ensures your home is left clear, while your belongings are treated with dignity and purpose — keeping as much as possible out of the landfill and giving back to the Napa Valley community.

Add-On Services

  • Dump Run Fees

    • ½ Load: $400 flat rate

    • Full Load: $800 flat rate
      Includes trailer rental, team labor to load, and Napa County disposal fee.

    Sorting Items to Keep

    • Assistance with initial sorting of items for family and friends.

    • $100 - $175 per hour (Based on how many team members are needed).

    Extended Sale Hours

    • $175 per additional hour
