Service Packages
Donation Distribution | $4,800 Flat Fee
For families seeking a quick and stress-free option, our Donation Distribution service offers a complete, hands-off solution. This package does not include the sale of items — instead, we ensure your home is left completely clear, without you lifting a finger.
Our White-Glove Service Includes:
Thoughtful Sorting & Salvaging: Every item is carefully reviewed. Donations come first, and only what truly cannot be rehomed is sent for disposal.
Community Partnerships: We coordinate directly with local organizations such as Expressions of Hope, NEWS, Habitat for Humanity, Buy Nothing Napa, Community Projects, Goodwill, Bookmine, Napa County Library, Mentis, and more. Your belongings are repurposed in ways that bring value to others for years to come.
Responsible Disposal: When donation isn’t possible, we arrange and oversee professional disposal through trusted partners like The Bridge Napa — supporting local recovery programs while ensuring responsible handling.
Personal Delivery: For items that donation centers cannot collect, our team personally boxes, transports, and delivers them to community partners — making as many trips as needed.
This service provides 2 full days of support with 2 professional organizers on-site — a process that often takes families 2–6 months to complete on their own.
(Note: Dump runs are not included in this package.)
With our seamless, start-to-finish process, your home will be left completely clear, and your belongings will be treated with dignity and purpose — reducing landfill waste and giving back to the Napa Valley community.

Full Load: $800 flat rate
